Glacier Beverage Terms & Conditions
(Updated 3/2025)
By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating them here or within documents such as estimates, invoices, or forms. Your continued business with Glacier Beverage after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Delivery Expectations
We aim to meet all requested delivery dates. However, due to variables outside of our control (e.g., supply chain delays, freight carriers, equipment issues, and weather), Glacier Beverage does not guarantee specific delivery or “in-hands” dates. We commit to transparent communication and proactive support in the event of any delay.
2. Orders & Payments
New Orders
A $99 initial payment (or up to 50% of the quoted amount) is required to begin the label design and project setup process. Once you approve final label artwork, full prepayment is due before production begins. This approval serves as your final confirmation, and production timelines begin at this point.
Payment Policy
All orders are custom and made-to-order, and are therefore non-refundable once production begins. By placing an order, you agree not to dispute or reverse charges (chargebacks) through your payment method for any reason related to your purchase. If you experience a concern with your product, contact us at [email protected] within 48-hours of delivery so we can review the matter in good faith.
Accepted payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX*)
Company check**
ACH or Wire Transfer
* A credit card convenience fee of 3.45%–4.50% applies to card payments over $499.
** Returned checks incur a $48 fee.
3. Production Tolerances
Due to standard manufacturing processes, your delivered order may vary by up to ±15% from the quantity originally ordered. You will be billed or credited accordingly.
Due to tooling and mold wear over time during manufacturing, the exact bottle shape or style may vary from samples or previous orders. All efforts are made to ensure packaging consistency and quality.
4. Custom Inventory & Cancellations
Due to the nature of manufacturing custom beverages, Glacier Beverage orders or produces custom materials for your company or organization (custom labels, bottles or caps, shrink/boxes/cartons, raw materials, beverage formulations, or finished goods), and you later modify your packaging or discontinue service, the following applies:
You agree to purchase any remaining raw or finished water goods produced for your brand.
If water goods are not shipped, or there are remaining raw materials unused, you may be billed for them at market rate and may be required to accept delivery or pay a small disposal/recovery fee (we only ship final water goods, not custom raw materials).
For ongoing clients:
Regular Clients (less than 9 pallets/quarter): Please provide at least 45 days’ written notice to help us plan for making updated packaging changes or discontinuing service.
Volume Clients (10+ pallets/quarter): Please provide at least 90 days’ written notice.
5. Consumable Product Liability Waiver
By purchasing and distributing Glacier Beverage’s bottled water products, you acknowledge the following:
All water is sourced, bottled, and handled in accordance with FDA and applicable state regulations.
You are responsible for the proper storage, handling, and distribution of the product upon receipt. Do not store water in contact with sunlight or within proximity of chemicals. The FDA has not established a shelf life for bottled water. IBWA advises consumers to store bottled water at room temperature (or cooler), out of direct sunlight and away from solvents and chemicals such as gasoline, paint thinners and dry cleaning chemicals. Bottled water can be used indefinitely if stored properly.
Glacier Beverage shall not be held liable for any misuse, safety or use without appropriate supervision, improper storage, or unauthorized re-labeling that may affect product safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Glacier Beverage from any claims, losses, or liability associated with the consumption of our products after delivery, provided all manufacturing and fulfillment met regulatory standards.
6. Reorders
Reorders can be placed by contacting your Account Manager directly, by calling (520) 638-8440 or toll-free at (877) 88-WATER, or by emailing [email protected].
7. Collections, Disputes & Governing Law
In the event of non-payment, you may be responsible for collection fees, legal expenses, and attorney’s fees.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes must be resolved in Pima County or Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to jurisdiction in these courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
